Among the different offered options, Sematic customers have the possibility to choose the construction with hidden bottom track which conforms to the Lift Directive 95/16/EC and the EN81-1/2: 1998 Norm. Available for every kind of lift door, this construction is easy to install and needs no maintenance. Ideal to satisfy every aesthetic and safety requirement, the hidden bottom track does not collect debris and is a vandal proof construction. For this kind of construction then, the risk assessment is available upon request by Sematic.

Sematic supplies an evaluation from IMQ Notified Body because the hidden bottom track differs from what envisaged by the EN81-1/2:1998 Norm, paragraph 5.4.3.b.
The customer can ask the relevant Notified Body the necessary approval to get the plant functioning.
This execution is certified for TRAV and DB doors
