What happened to the mechanical coupling system?
Introducing the first automatic lift door for traditional and inclined lifts without a mechanical coupling system.


HIGHLIGHTS
This product was originally designed for special applications such as inclined lifts (with inclination between 15° and 75°) and certified by a European Body according to the prEN81.22 standards. Mechanical connection (coupling) between car door and landing door is no longer necessary; such connection is now archivied by an innovative electronic circuit, which also allows for a greater working positioning tolerance.
Door headers come fully enclosed to guarantee a high degree of protection of the critical components against water infiltration.
Particularly suitable for installations where the aesthetic factor is critical, this product is available in a wide variety of finishes. The absence of exposed mechanical parts make this product very slim and allows for a sill-to-sill distance of just 10mm!
Extreme weather conditions are the natural playground of this product.
Modularity and flexibility are two of the adjectives that better describe this product, that can be easily configured to suit specific needs.

INTENDED APPLICATIONS
• Inclined lifts (15° to 75° inclination) conforming to the prEN81-22:October 2003
   standards.
• Traditional lifts (90° ±15° shaft inclination) conforming to the 95/16/EC Lift Directive.

ADVANTAGES
• Landing door – car door coupling guaranteed under any working condition
   (the only requirement is for the car door to be positioned in front of the landing
   door). Car – landing circuit connection is guaranteed even with a horizontal
   misalignment up to 50mm with a running clearance (sill-to-sill distance) of 30mm.
   Wireless coupling technology allows for greater working positioning tolerance.
• Mechanical adjustment free.
• Dramatic reduction of the installation time due to the absence of mechanical parts.
   No adjustments are needed to guarantee the coupling between landing doors and car
   doors.
• Particularly indicated with high-speed lifts.

CABIN AND LANDING DOOR • COMMON FEATURES
• Mechanical coupling system free. Both car and landing doors are motorized and controlled by a certified specific electronic device (Master/Slave logic).
• RAL7032 powder coat finishing as standard, also available in a wide variety of colours and claddings.
• Framed or frame-less glass door panels are also available with this product line. Customized solutions can be developed upon request.
• Standard aluminium bottom track; mild steel and stainless steel sills are also available upon request.
• The product comes packed in impact-resistant cardboard boxes. Special packing is also available upon request or if needed (overseas shipments).

n Belt-driven operator with a 32Vcc optical encoder controller motor (SDS© DC-PWM technology)
     • Power supply voltage :90-290 Vca (115 V - 20%, 230 V + 26%), 50-60Hz with
     integrated switching transformer.
     • Power rated 200VA.
     • Emergency power supply 24Vdc.
     • Operating temperature range -10°C to 60°.
     • Operating humidity range: 20% to 80%.
